I can't believe it's mid-August already! We've had a great summer so far. The West Tisbury Farmer's Market has been a really fun event to take part in and the markets continue til the end of September. We've been talking to people about our coffee, having a ton of people taste it as iced cold brew, bottled cold brew and hot coffee. Todd draws a crowd when he does a few pour-overs and we've even lugged our Alex Duetto espresso machine to the market to serve shots of our Single Speed. Our new roaster from Deidrich, the IR 5, is up and running thank goodness. Todd worked with it for a few weeks before roasting in earnest and the production is great!
